1. About These Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Code-Killa (operated by Rahul Chaudhary, India). They cover use of the website, course content, and any paid subscriptions.

If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. Your Account

• ▸You must provide accurate information at signup and keep it up to date.
• ▸You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Don't share accounts.
• ▸If you suspect unauthorised access, email codekillaindia@gmail.com immediately and we'll freeze the account.
• ▸We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Content Ownership & Licence

All lessons, articles, illustrations and code snippets are owned by Code-Killa or its contributors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the content for personal learning. Code snippets you copy from lessons may be used freely in your own projects, including commercial ones.

You may NOT: re-publish lessons in full, sell or rent them, scrape the platform, or use them to train competing AI models.

4. Pro Subscription & Tyvis Course

• ▸Pro subscription is a one-time fee — ₹499 INR for 6 months or ₹999 INR for 1 year — granting access to every premium lesson, every premium article, and the certificate flow.
• ▸Tyvis is a separate paid course at ₹9,999 INR (one-time).
• ▸Prices include applicable Indian GST.
• ▸Payments are processed by Stripe / Razorpay. We do not store card data.
• ▸Your access is granted automatically once payment is confirmed.
• ▸See the Refund Policy for cancellation / refund rules.

5. Acceptable Use

• ▸Don't attempt to break into the platform, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users.
• ▸Don't spam the contact form, the chat tutor, or the admin endpoints.
• ▸Don't post content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• ▸Don't use the AI tutor to generate plagiarised academic submissions — we comply with institutional integrity reports.

6. Third-Party Services

The platform integrates Stripe, Razorpay, Google services (Analytics, Fonts, Tag Manager when enabled), and Anthropic / Google AI APIs. Your use of those features is subject to their respective terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

Educational content is provided "as is". Code samples are for learning — review them before deploying to production. Code-Killa is not liable for losses arising from the use of code samples in your own projects.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code-Killa's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Code-Killa against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced 14 days in advance via banner and email.
