Refund & Return Policy
Code-Killa offers digital learning content and online courses. This page explains exactly when and how you can request a refund, in compliance with Razorpay merchant guidelines and the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
1. Scope
This policy covers all paid digital products on the Code-Killa platform — currently the Pro Subscription (₹499 / 6 months · ₹999 / 1 year) and the Tyvis Course (₹9,999).
Because the products are 100% digital, there is no physical shipping or physical-goods return process.
2. Refund Window
- ▸Pro Subscription (₹499 / 6 months · ₹999 / 1 year): full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.
- ▸Tyvis Course (₹9,999): full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content.
- ▸After the 7-day window, refunds are not available because access has already been granted and content delivered.
3. How to Request a Refund
- ▸Email codekillaindia@gmail.com from the same email used for the purchase.
- ▸Subject line: "Refund Request — Order #<your-order-id>".
- ▸Include the order ID (visible in your account → Subscription page) and a brief reason.
- ▸We respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
4. How the Money Reaches You
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net-banking, or wallet) via Razorpay / Stripe.
Banks typically reflect the credit in 5–10 business days. Code-Killa does not control timelines once the refund is initiated by the payment processor.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- ▸Issued certificates of completion (because the value has already been delivered).
- ▸Subscriptions where the 7-day window has elapsed.
- ▸Tyvis course where lesson progress exceeds 25% — partial refunds are not offered.
- ▸Custom 1:1 mentoring slots that have already been delivered.
6. Cancellations Before Access
If you change your mind before any course content has been accessed, write to us immediately and we will issue a 100% refund regardless of the standard window.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Most cases are resolved faster via email. Disputed transactions raised without prior contact may result in account suspension while we investigate.
